Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order, where it is going, and the shipping method selected. We only charge actual shipping charges. The site is linked to UPS, our only carrier, and the amount you agree to when you place an order is the amount UPS charges. We cannot determine that amount over the phone or by email, so you must go through the ordering process to determine these charges.
Your order is processed the day AFTER you order and as long as everything is allright with your order (credit card verifies, item in stock etc) you will have your order within the time frame you selected the day you place your order. Please remember, "Business Day" does not include weekends or holidays. If there is a problem with the payment method you used, we will call you and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the item is not in stock, we email you to let you know and you have the option of waiting or canceling.
